As per the Department of State October Visa Bulletin there is significant movement in dates for India/China as an effect of Trump’s Ban.

Departments of State in the visa bulletin called out all of the Final Action and Application Filing Dates have been advanced at a very rapid pace, in anticipation of the FY 2021 annual limit being approximately 261,500, an all-time high. Earlier expected about 60,000 more than normal 140,000.
