H1B Premium Processing Fees Increase
USCIS announced the premium processing fees will increase, effective Oct. 19 2020, for H-1B, L-1 and also immigrant visa petitions to $2,500.
The Premium Processing allows petitioners to pay an additional filing fee to expedite the adjudication of certain forms, generally within 15 days.
This is a sharp increase for Form I-907, requesting for Premium Processing, for all petitioners filing for form I-129 nonimmigrant worker petitions, including H, L, O, P and R petitions, and certain Form I-140 immigrant worker petitions.

Case types already accepted under the premium processing program must include the higher processing fee of $2,500 if postmarked on or after October 19.
